ya i know but i still hit it again and landed fine but it killed my knee so i think i might of done something to it and it hurts to walk

i mostly do dirt jumping and tonight i had a crazy wipeout off a step down onto a steep hill type thing and in the air i was doing a table and didnt get back completly straight and did a summer sault once i hit the ground and cut my stomach badly and i think i did something to my knee
